Xtreme Hip Hop Step Aerobics

Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a high-energy cardio step aerobics class based on the exercise format popular in the 1990's. We have combined Xtreme cardio, the step board, hip-hop music and lots of swag to provide our participants with a fresh spin on an old concept. We are making STEP great again.


Whether participants are beginners, advanced, old or young we strive to ensure participants get a unique but effective workout regimen.

Boot Camp

Offered by Breeze Fitness. Strength and Conditioning utilizing light weights, body weight, and HIIT moves that tone and condition your body. Suitable for all fitness levels. 

Step Tone & Stretch ST&S

(Includes PIIT28-Pilates/HIIT)

This unique class offers students the benefits of Step, Pilates and High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)., PIIT blends Pilates and HIIT principles to create a variable-intensity interval training (VIIT).


This hybrid program incorporates the best of Step Aerobics, Pilates & HIIT while simultaneously minimizing some of the concerns associated with high impact classes.


In ST&S, we start with a step warm up and then do work on the mat that includes a few intervals of high-intensity work that are coupled with shorter recoveries, followed by a sequence of purposeful lower-intensity strength-based intervals to enable active recovery. The main focus is cardio, toning of the abs, glutes, and lower body for a total body workout!
